The Role

This internship combines several exciting aspects of social media management, market research, and operations. You'll assist in daily social media management, compile B2B reports, and support our social media specialist with content creation.

You'll also proactively manage our community by replying to inquiries, monitoring interactions, and encouraging audience engagement. Additionally, you'll support campaign managers with operations tasks and handle customer complaints.

Requirements
  • Native or close to native Italian language skills
  • Ability to provide an internship agreement for at least 6 months
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interest in social media
