As a Knowledge Analyst within Boston Consulting Group's Operations Practice Area, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides functional expertise and insights to support business development and go-to-market efforts. Your role will involve working closely with case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory for diagnostics and live projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise and support on daily Manufacturing & Supply Chain related queries to the consulting teams.
- Collaborate with consultants and other global BCG Knowledge Teams to build new proprietary tools.
- Develop our Manufacturing & Supply Chain content by conducting research & analysis, collecting data, reviewing our knowledge products & ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Actively participate in efforts to innovate our approaches and enhance the overall offer of our Operations / Procurement business line.
- Knowledge in at least two or more of the following topics: Manufacturing & Supply Chain strategy and Benchmarking, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance optimization, Quality Management, Industry 4.0/AI/GenAI application, Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, Sustainability in Operations.
- Ability to solve client problems through analytical approaches and/or formulating relevant research in your area of expertise.
- Effective communication with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way.
