Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced SEM Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for optimizing and managing our search engine marketing initiatives to drive traffic, maximize return on investment, and manage large-scale advertising accounts.
About the Role- Develop and execute short and long-term campaign expansion strategies to increase traffic, leads, and subscriptions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance from an ROI and customer lifetime value perspective.
- Continuously improve campaign performance by building and running tests, measuring results, learning, and iterating based on test outcomes.
- Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative approaches to SEM marketing.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging new tools, ad formats, and audience targeting opportunities.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our target audience and create campaigns with on-brand messaging that resonates with them.
- Analyze and optimize paid marketing using various tools, including Looker dashboards, Google Analytics, and other SEM reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution, reporting, landing page development, and A/B testing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a SEM specialist.
- Excellent technical understanding of marketing tracking solutions, analytics, SEM advertising platforms, and attribution models.
- A data-focused mindset with the ability to enjoy numbers, analytics, and ROI conversations.
- A deep understanding of target customers and the ability to develop effective campaigns based on that insight.
- A test-and-learn approach to marketing with demonstrable ability to create test hypotheses, execute tests, and measure test outcomes.
- Creative approach to marketing with out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to come up with innovative approaches to getting the best performance from SEM marketing platforms.
- The ability to leverage data from different sources and translate it into actionable insights to help optimize campaigns to effectively target and convert high-value users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for coordinating across teams.
