The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Expert Manager to join our team. As a Process Expert Manager, you will act as a service provider working under a Team Lead to implement approved application changes or support the delivery of assigned project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesign
- Provide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelines
- Manage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementation
- Act as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality
- Work proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and project management skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business processes and system functionality.
