Exciting Opportunity for a Dynamic and Enthusiastic Individual

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our international team at Babel Profiles. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of talent acquisition while utilizing your language skills to support our Spanish-speaking clientele.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Job Advertising and Sourcing: Write and place engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Headhunting: Take over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates to fill open positions.
  • Interview Management: Manage and conduct different types of interviews in Spanish and English to assess candidate fit.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients.

Core Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and university agreement for a 6-month internship.
  • People-Oriented: Ability to engage with candidates and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enthusiastic and Proactive: Demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Language Skills: Native level of Spanish and full professional level of English.
