Tasks
Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social mediaTaking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Spanish & EnglishCreating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboardingWorking with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internshipPeople-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients Enthusiastic and proactive attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
