Your Role
As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in capturing the essence of our mission through compelling narratives and visually appealing content. You will be responsible for developing and editing high-quality video content for paid advertising and organic social media channels, focusing on platforms popular with Generation Z.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and edit high-quality video content for paid advertising and organic social media channels, focusing on platforms popular with Generation Z.
- Filming: Capture footage of our team in the office to showcase our company culture and work environment.
- Collaboration with Creators: Coordinate with content creators to source diverse video materials.
- Asset Management: Mix and edit content from various sources, including our own recordings, creator submissions, and other non-stock assets.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with younger audiences and inspire them to explore international mobility and employment opportunities.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with additional tasks and coordination efforts.
- Reporting: Work under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager to align video content with overall marketing strategies.

- Competitive Compensation: Receive a salary of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as:
- Relocation Support: Up to €350 for relocation expenses (if applicable).

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in video editing, especially for platforms popular with Generation Z (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative Flair: Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics that appeal to younger audiences.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of current trends, memes, and viral content strategies on social media platforms.
- Passion for Our Mission: Genuine interest in international mobility & employment and the opportunities it presents to move abroad.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with various team members.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.
