We're seeking a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results. As a Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing project delivery strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading and managing a team of project associates to ensure successful project execution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities
- Managing delivery escalations and ensuring timely resolution to meet customer expectations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a services delivery leader with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for project management. If you have:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management
- A successful track record of leading, managing, and growing teams
- Extensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine needs and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations and improve customer satisfaction
- Considerable experience with relationship building and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on rigor and objectivity
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies, and deployment considerations
