About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results. As a Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project delivery strategies that drive business growth and customer success
  • Leading and managing a team of project associates to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Managing project escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a services delivery leader with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in project management. If you have:

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management
  • A successful track record of leading, managing, and growing teams
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine needs and develop solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Considerable experience with relationship building and stakeholder management
