Job Summary:
As a Branch Manager at Comglasco Ag, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations for our branch. This includes managing staff, onboarding and training new team members, and developing goals to maintain sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of staff to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
