Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Expert Community Manager to join our France, Central & Northern Europe Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our regional expert community, ensuring the highest quality cultural experiences for our clients, and implementing our global expert community strategy at the regional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional experts, ensuring their needs are met and they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure seamless execution of regional tours, including expert recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Communicate effectively with experts, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of experiences.
  • Monitor and respond to regional community engagement forums, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all members.
  • Contribute to the development of expert resources and knowledge hubs, ensuring our experts have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Travel periodically to meet experts on the ground and facilitate the distribution of Context Walks LLC branded materials.
Requirements
  • Passion for people, travel, and learning about world culture, history, and art.
  • Expertise in France and/or Central and Northern European culture and geography.
  • Work experience in the cultural sector or travel industry preferred.
  • Digital native or strong digital proficiency.
  • Native-level English; proficiency in another European language a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment.
