About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Integrated Informatics team at Roche. As a key member of our Data and Analytics Chapter, you will play a critical role in driving transformation with data and fostering automated and efficient decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  2. Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.
  3. Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualizations that meet business requirements.
  4. Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on delivering high value, connecting the dots, and investing in the right initiatives with reusability at the heart of it. You will also need to have end-to-end ownership of product delivery with setting up teams from multiple teams/areas with a focus on lifecycle management of the product.
