About the Role

In 2016, our founders embarked on a mission to create a pet food brand that not only nourished their pets but also prioritized the planet. As a result, Edgard & Cooper was born, with a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's visual identity and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Marketing Manager in executing the brand strategy, with a strong emphasis on brand building efforts.



Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the annual brand plan across online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and conversion

• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including social media, influencer, and brand ambassador initiatives

• Work closely with our in-house squad and external partners to ensure seamless brand execution across the market, driving strong topline growth through our social media funnels on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Identify and capitalize on PR opportunities to amplify the brand's presence and reputation

• Develop and manage community channels on Facebook and Instagram, fostering a strong connection with our consumers and ensuring prompt response to their feedback and concerns

• Collaborate with the Trade & Shopper marketeer to drive sales by identifying stores that would benefit from demo blasts or in-store activities

• Create and implement a comprehensive training and education plan for the team, including recruiting new activators when needed

• Oversee the planning and execution of consumer events, including fairs and trade shows



Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in similar roles

• Strong creative flair, digital knowledge, and a can-do attitude, with a passion for brand building and marketing

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and creativity
