International Freight Manager

Job Summary
Barcelona Activa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Freight Manager to oversee the coordination of international transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing logistics and transportation processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage international transportation operations, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers and clients.
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs and schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level management experience in logistics or transportation.
- ESO education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics principles.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate-level computer skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and French.
