About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Commissioning Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test & Commissioning activities for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Test & Commissioning team and collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy.
  • Ensure the application of the project's strategy, including QCD commitment, and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, including project management, engineering, and external partners.
  • Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works on field, including material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics, and EHS compliance.
  • Manage the T&C team, ensuring EHS on field, training, and supporting people in T&C activities.
  • Participate in Subsystem Leader, Engineer, and Technician assessment of competency and manage tools and calibration.
  • Anticipate issues and report progress, issues, and risks on the project to the RC TCM and PM.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken). Any other additional language is an asset.
  • More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems and system global view.
  • Interface with customer or partners and internally V&V, Design, Installation stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects from T&C point of view and managing resources in projects of T&C.
