Job Summary

Unit4 Nv is seeking a highly skilled Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies and deliver customer solutions in our industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding and engagement in the sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
  • Leading and participating in workshops, prioritizing requirements, and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  • Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
  • Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
  • Working with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality
  • Embracing continuous learning and enhancing knowledge in new areas

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline
  • Having a background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus
