Job Description

Job Title: Junior Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting ERP implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales handovers and project onboarding with the wider project team.
  • Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success.
  • Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable.
  • Work with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan.
  • Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
  • Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
  • Stay relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally.
  • Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
  • Embrace continuous learning, enhancing knowledge in new areas.

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Excited about technology-enabled change.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter, with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline.
  • Having a background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus.
