Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cuenca, Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing personnel matters, providing advice to plant management, and collaborating with the HR Department in Pamplona. Your duties will include:
- Management of the HR department, including payroll, IT, sick leave, work schedules, holiday management, and travel management;
- Reporting and data analysis to support business decisions;
- Global mobility, expatriation, and impatriation management;
- Labor law compliance and collective bargaining agreements;
- Talent attraction, retention, and succession planning;
- Employee training and professional development;
- Management of the welcome plan for new recruits;
- Negotiation and closing of agreements and company improvements;
- Resolution of labor conflicts;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Labor Relations and HR, Economics, LADE, or Law; preferably with experience in the automotive sector;
- Full proficiency in English (C1) and medium-level German (B2);
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and SAP HR programs;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to change and lead a team;
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced international environment.
