About the Role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for ensuring that our data center projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to establish project budgets and regularly review and update project budgets based on actual costs and cost forecasts.
  • Cost Control and Monitoring: Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and suggest measures to optimize spending.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project costs, variances, and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations, prepare financial reports and presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Sourcing and Tendering Process: Cooperate and support procurement teams on commercial bid revision and during the tender clarification stage, provide construction cost normalization and comparison tender recommendation reports.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Collaborate with procurement and contract management teams to negotiate favorable contracts and pricing, evaluate vendor invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Requirements
  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in building engineering, quantity surveying, and/or MEP engineering discipline, minimum of 3 years' experience of working for a consultant or general contractor, preferably in a multi-cultural environment in a similar role.
  • Desirable: MCIOB / RICS professional qualification, excellent knowledge of projects construction supply chain.
