Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to oversee our network and cloud services, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal performance. As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver top-notch infrastructure solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WAN Infrastructure: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of routers, switches, and SD-WAN devices, coordinating with service providers for seamless network operations.
  • Optimize Cloud Services: Deploy and manage Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines and storage, ensuring high performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Enhance Network Security: Implement security measures to protect WAN infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address network and cloud service issues promptly, collaborating with vendors and internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Track and report on the performance and availability of network and cloud services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to network and cloud services, optimizing for both performance and cost.
  • Participate in Projects: Engage in network and cloud-related projects, contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation phases.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in WAN and Azure cloud services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications: ITIL certification required; Cisco CCNA/CCNP and Azure certifications preferred.
  • Fluency in English: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Provider Management: Understanding of how service providers operate and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Independent Decision-Making: Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive solutions.
  • Personal Integrity: High level of personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
