About the Role

Bizagi is a global software company that is part of the rapidly expanding cloud automation market. We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, with a proven track record of managing and supporting Microsoft Azure platforms. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the necessary resources in Azure to support, monitor, and operate our cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain Azure resources to support cloud platforms
  • Monitor and operate Microsoft Azure platform
  • Use best practices for cloud service operation to ensure excellent service operation
  • Collaborate with security and development teams to ensure correct platform operation
  • Perform daily activities for administration, provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud platforms
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure 24x7 monitoring, control, and support for the entire infrastructure
  • Continuously improve internal user support processes, infrastructure management, business continuity, and disaster recovery
  • Ensure the integrity and security of business information
  • Design and implement improvements in IT services to enable the company to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, and at least 3 years managing Microsoft Services
  • Proven track record managing and giving support to Microsoft Azure platforms
  • Azure Cloud services best practices
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Process documentation
  • Ability to implement/support cloud infrastructure designs provided by architects
  • Ability to follow best practices to secure cloud applications and data against theft, loss, or other disasters
  • Experience managing network devices such as firewalls and switches, Windows servers, and others
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, presentation, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, creativity
  • Decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task activities
  • Proficient in working with other teams to provide the best service quality
