Job SummaryThe Process Expert Manager will act as a digital and technical business partner, working under the BTS Team Lead/Business Expert lead to implement approved process changes and continuous business improvement. The successful candidate will provide expertise in application/process specialization to support daily operations and effective performance of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support for Production and Development, focusing on critical/complex incidents and significant change/service requests.
- Analyze business process/system changes requests, prioritizing changes and checking impact on the Global Reference Model (GRM) and applications customizing.
- Redesign or adapt business processes to change requests, ensuring alignment with the GRM.
- Ensure system integrity and performance, maintaining up-to-date documentation in their scope of responsibility.
- Work with power users to document processes from a business perspective.
- University degree or equivalent in Business Relationship Management and IT Service Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across functions.
- System maintenance, security, and upgrades experience, including IT Service Now – Business Services, Change (project) Mgmt, and Reporting.
- 5+ years of experience with communication and collaboration tools and SaaS application management.
- Fluent English language skills.
