About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team at Jobandtalent Uk Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that we offer the best possible service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service to the customer and improve processes across all company operations
  • Develop insights and reports using data to drive business decisions
  • Maintain accurate and fast responses to client inquiries, complaints, and suggestions
  • Ensure client needs are correctly passed to internal teams such as recruiting, legal, and admin
  • Measure the performance of processes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project results
  • Minimize risk within the selection process
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of related working experience in staffing industry, management consulting, or training program in a top company
  • Passion for customer service and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with high degree of motivation
