Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Product Owner to lead the implementation of a new payroll ERP system for IAG Tech. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the project, ensuring correct integration with other systems, and translating business objectives into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ERP replacement project, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and ensuring the technical team is working on the most valuable tasks.
  • Ensure that solutions delivered meet quality standards and requirements, carrying out necessary tests and validations.
  • Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance of the new post-implementation ERP system, collecting feedback and promoting continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in payroll ERP implementation projects and personnel administration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge of Spanish labour regulation, including Social Security and Taxes processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native Spanish and High English language proficiency.
