We are looking to recruit Agents with advanced proficiency in both German and English to meet various temporary requirements at our Patient Operations Center located in Madrid. Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis for the afternoon shift.

- Providing information to patients
- Resolving incidents
- Coordinating medical appointments and diagnostic tests

Candidate Requirements:
- Intermediate Vocational Training Degree
- Advanced proficiency in German
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Exceptional telephone communication skills
- Proficient in Office applications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
