Medical Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team at Classique Pharmacs Inc. in Pampanga and Tarlac.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about pharmaceutical sales and have a strong desire to grow with our company.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, aiming to meet sales targets by increasing the visibility and awareness of our pharmaceutical and medical products.
The role involves assessing clients' needs, presenting suitable promoted products, and liaising with targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
You will be responsible for providing product information, delivering product samples, attending sales meetings, and working with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies.
Achieving positive trust relationships with medical representatives is crucial to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process, monitor and analyze data, and identify competitive advantages.
Responsibilities- Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted products
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products
- Provide product information and deliver product samples
- Attend sales meetings and conference calls
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Medical Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a Pharmaceutical company
- Strong vision to grow with the company, willing to travel, and can work under minimum supervision
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
- Full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift
