Join Our Team as a Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and digitalization initiatives.

About the Role

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing transformation projects across various business units, ensuring seamless integration with our global strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and implement business cases for large-scale transformation projects, including financial analysis and ROI calculations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth
  • Manage and track transformation costs, financial targets, and project timelines
  • Develop and maintain a consistent Transformation Office governance framework, project management standards, and reporting processes
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or in-house strategy/ M&A/FP&A with a multinational
  • Strong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries
  • Solid knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow)
