Join Our Team as a Transformation Manager

SmartRental Group is a dynamic company that operates and manages properties for the tourism and catering sector. We are seeking a skilled Transformation Manager to lead our transformation initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize employee adoption.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in Consulting, managing transformation or change management projects, preferably within Tech, Data, Strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation programs in complex environments.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
