Southern Europe Sales Director Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Engineer to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, and the Adriatic region). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and increasing specification sales.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, engineering firms, and contractors
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Provide technical expertise and training to partners and customers

Requirements for Success:

  • Degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent Spanish & English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Proven experience in specification sales, construction, or engineering
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel across the region (~50% national, 20% international)
