Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our Gaming team at Light & Wonder. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our EMEA marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support for the execution of our EMEA marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Manager EMEA to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of product launch materials, including promotional content and marketing collateral, using the Highspot portal.
- Support the Marketing team on promotional activities, in-venue product launches, and content creation, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage stock control and ordering of new merchandising materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
- Track and measure the results of marketing activities, providing regular reporting and insights to the Marketing team.
- Support the team in tasks related to regional trade show activity and customer events, including event planning and execution.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as required, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Highspot and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
