Sustainability Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Analyst to join our team at EcoVadis. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing and reporting on the quality and robustness of sustainability management systems of companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Assess company management system documentation using the EcoVadis methodology
- Extract and synthesize material sustainability data related to environmental, social, ethics, and supply chain
- Follow up with rated companies to clarify specific issues related to their assessment
- Review updates regarding EcoVadis methodology and apply them to the assessment process
- Complete quality checks during the assessment process
- Work on daily targets and confirm the implementation of a rated company's sustainability management system components using EcoVadis methodology guidelines
As a Sustainability Analyst at EcoVadis, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in sustainability, including the EcoVadis methodology. You will work with a talented team of professionals who share a passion for making sustainability a reality. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
Requirements- Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a related field, preferably in sustainability or sustainable development
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and oral) - other languages are a plus
- High proficiency in German or Italian is a great asset
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
- Strong reading and comprehension skills
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence to work independently and autonomously, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
- Ability to work to daily targets
- Being adaptable to change
- Communicate with honesty and kindness
- Collaborative and seeks to build trusting relationships
