About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Novatec Software Engineering España SL. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Actively search for and engage with potential candidates, ensuring our talent acquisition efforts are continuous and effective.
  • Sourcing Top Talent: Collaborate with various departments to find the best talent for their needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our team to support them in finding the best talent for their needs.
  • Shape the Department's Growth: Be a part of the growing recruitment team, bringing in new ideas and taking on new challenges as the department evolves.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment processes, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proactive & Team-Oriented: You're motivated, work well with others, and take the initiative.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with major recruitment platforms and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple priorities and stay focused on your goals.
  • Growth Mindset: Open to learning from mistakes and continuously improving.
