Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a FP&A Analyst, you will provide support in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, participate in annual company budget and regular quarterly forecasts, and assist in financial modeling and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Participate in annual company budget and regular quarterly forecasts to facilitate business review.
  • Assist in financial modeling and business planning, including reviewing and updating current models to ensure accuracy and enabling us to model different scenarios.
  • Support the preparation of business cases and other analysis for decision-making purposes.
  • Assist with ESG matters and governance of non-financial data.
  • Help implement process improvements and IT solutions to optimize decision-making processes.
  • Support the finance team with various analysis and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Consulting.
  • Good financial modeling skills with an automation mindset.
  • Trustworthy, committed, and results-driven person with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to go deep to root cause but also to synthesize and give conclusions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals or Spanish GAAP is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams in the organization.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Aero-engineering, or similar.
  • Excel and PowerPoint advanced user.
