FP&A Analyst with Dutch

ADP is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and analysis activities, including building financial models and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management in creating an annual operating plan aligned with the company's strategic plan and perform forecasting to provide visibility into business results.
  • Run operating plan models, incorporate guidance on validated assumptions, and assist in preparing operating plan presentations.
  • Assist in building forecast models using key drivers, trend analysis, and economic factors.
  • Produce and distribute recurring and ad-hoc management reports, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and partnering with shared services organizations to mitigate financial and business risks.
  • Prepare variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast and present results to senior management.
  • Use deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes to provide insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems.
  • Support management in developing strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements, executing on strategic initiatives, and providing analytical support.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and business partners to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution.
