Financial Planning and Analysis Role at Awwg

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Junior Financial Controller to join our high-performing finance team at Awwg. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, driving efficiency through process improvements and technology integration, and contributing to the development of financial business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Executive Committee and Shareholders.
  • Perform monthly reviews of sales and margins, including variances in COGS vs standard, returns, and markdown contributions.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A department on performance improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the annual budget preparation process.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
