Job Title: Business Analyst Controlling

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Controlling to join our Finance, Control and Legal Department. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build an integrated technology solution and services to the finance community, aiming to create tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Finance controllers in the market to identify and promote adequate solutions in Advanced Analytics.
  • Support on architecture discussions to provide the appropriate business analytics, business intelligence, visualization, data management, data mining, and data modeling.
  • Gather requirements to build analytic solutions and interfaces with cloud solutions.
  • Create end user documentation for the analytical solutions built and participate in end user training.
  • Understand business goals and requirements, design and develop analytic approaches tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Work with third-party teams to set up cloud solutions in Controlling and Financial Closing (PEC).

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferably in economics, mathematics, statistics, or business.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is also preferred.
  • Experience in digital finance analytics, big data and data interfaces, planning solutions, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP solutions in Business Warehouse or in Controlling such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis.
