- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase.
- Test and debug code to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Document code and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack engineer using Javascript/Typescript.
- Experience scaling distributed systems with large data volumes.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture design patterns and coding best practices.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Location: preferably in Madrid or elsewhere in Spain.
- Familiarity with our tech stack: React, Redux, Storybook, NodeJS, Express, Cypress, Jest, MongoDB, Python, GCP, Gitlab CI/CD.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of tracking test coverage tools and quality monitoring.
- Previous experience in the financial industry or fintechs.
- International experience and additional languages are key to embracing our inclusive culture.
