Key Responsibilities:
* Visual Merchandising Execution: Implement our visual merchandising strategy to ensure optimal product placement and page organization.
* On-Site Checks: Conduct regular site audits to ensure product displays, recommendations, and search results align with our planned strategy.
* Search Optimization: Assist in optimizing on-site search performance by managing synonyms, filters, and search results to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
* A/B Test Support: Assist in setting up and executing A/B tests to validate merchandising strategies and improve site performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a related field.
* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms.
* Experience with digital merchandising tools. Algolia experience is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with Tableau or similar is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
