About the Role

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that support our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in 7x24 roster duty in data center operations
  • Respond to incidents and provide onsite support
  • Maintain proper media operations and troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to capacity landing and decommissioning processes
  • Ensure site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
  • Innovate and contribute to improving operation efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in server/network hardware and operation systems maintenance/troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of network cabling and operation support experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in Data Center Operations
  • Knowledge of data center networking
  • Knowledge of cloud computing
  • Knowledge of continuous process improvement
  • Understanding of data center safety and security environment
