Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support services to our partners and customers.
Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues, managing and maintaining our Network Operating Centre (NOC), and ensuring the security and availability of our customers' environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd level support services to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Coach and guide 1st Level Service Desk agents to ensure seamless incident resolution.
- Evaluate and escalate incidents to next level and vendor support when necessary.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) to ensure security, availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written communication).
- 3 years of experience in Network Security Engineering.
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
- Nice to have: Knowledge in Palo Alto Products.
- TD SYNNEX will fund the training to PCNSE accreditation.
