Network Security Architect

At IAG Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security measures to protect our network infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement security policies to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits of network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Coordinate with our Security Operations Center (SOC) for incident response and monitoring of suspicious network activity.
- Work with our Vulnerability Management team to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities on our network infrastructure.
- Act as an advisory to configure and manage firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), Bot Management tools, Network Access Control (NAC) systems, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and other network security devices.
- Collaborate with our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform security reviews of network architecture and design to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in network security.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, WAF, Anti-BOT solutions, NAC, etc.
- Hands-on experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
- Professional English language skills.
