Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned district, building strong relationships with customer decision makers, and working closely with Clinical Application Specialists to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision makers
  • Work closely with Clinical Application Specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Reconcile sales against budget and target efforts strategically
  • Participate in and lead improvement and target work related to the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in Life Science (tender) and business development
  • Knowledge of MDR (medical device regulation) is an advantage
  • Business focused with experience in a process-driven organization
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to travel around Spain and occasionally Europe
