About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team in Madrid. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IAM systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identity and Access Management
  • Set up and maintain identities, accounts, rules, and policies
  • Manage roles, security groups, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes
Support and Change Management
  • Receive and create support tickets and change requests for the IAM platform
  • Coordinate support solutions with the IAM vendor and other internal or external stakeholders globally
Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Monitor the IAM infrastructure to ensure its security and integrity
Training and Development
  • Organize trainings and workshops on IAM services
Platform Upgrades and Maintenance
  • Participate in IAM platform upgrades and other maintenance activities
Business Continuity and Testing
  • Participate in business continuity testing, performance testing, and other testing activities

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced IAM engineer with 5 years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services. Certifications in infrastructure or security area are considered a plus. Experience with IAM processes, identity lifecycle management, IAM products and tools, directory services, SQL, JSON, XML, SuccessFactors or other HR systems, and complex central IT systems globally with a wide variety of integrations is required. Programming and scripting skills are considered a plus.
