About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Consumer Insights Specialist to drive the execution and implementation of combustible brand initiatives in Iberia (Spain, Canarias, and Portugal). This role will be responsible for driving consumer-centricity and knowledge across Iberia, collaborating closely with Brand Manager, C&TA, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, brands, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges, monitoring the performance of our brands and understanding market dynamics.
  • Implement Iberia Brand/market assigned initiatives to achieve annual strategic brand goals by taking ownership of managing commercial activities, monitoring performance, and proposing recommendations to ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Manage and coordinate key stakeholders to ensure perfect coordination, on-time execution, and excellent delivery of brand initiatives.
  • Learn and understand market, competitors, and consumer behavior dynamics, responsible for managing fluent and timely communication among key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a high standard of university degree, preferably with an MBA or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in FMCG marketing and/or C&TA is required, with a high level of English and Spanish language proficiency.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year
