We are seeking a Product Specialist EMEA German Speaker to join our team at our facility in Asturias, Spain. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the non-paint business, including understanding product applications, providing guidance to internal and external customers on product offerings for specific body-shop processes, and ensuring reasonable inventory levels are carried for approximately 700 materials in the central distribution center for EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in MRP (material requirements planning) and SAP (WM, SD, MM modules and processes) to manage article creation, product ordering, and replenishment. Strong customer focus, project management skills, and effective communication abilities are essential to support different non-paint projects in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning and Forecasting

  • Develop demand plans and forecasts for a broad range of non-paint products for Central Distribution Center Genk, Belgium.
  • Implement manual reorder points and OMP+ forecasts for non-paint products in Genk.

Inventory Management

  • Conduct inventory accuracy checks CDC Genk and follow up on slow-moving items based on SOX-files.

Supply Chain Management

  • Establish and maintain adequate production plans for external suppliers.

Communication and Master Data Creation

  • Implement non-paint business-related communication for direct & indirect sales channels in EMEA.
  • Create master data for non-paint products and prepare data for the E-Commerce platform, including PIM-database and webshops.

Project Support

  • Support Approved Product List (APL) implementation and roll-out in EMEA Axcess stores.
  • Support various non-paint related projects in the EMEA region.

Requirements

Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and German required to work across sites and countries.

Communication: Able to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing, adapted to any level in the organization.

IT skills: Good knowledge of SAP/R3, SAP Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.

Functioning: Well-structured and organized method of working, focused on getting results.

Business Experience: The ideal candidate has in-depth SAP and product management skills combined with a strong customer focus. Knowledge of the refinish business and specifically the non-paint range would be an advantage.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
