Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a PhD student in our group, you will work under the supervision of experienced researchers to develop a human in-vitro model for studying myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein associated disorder. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating human in-vitro cultures, generating human oligodendrocytes and neurons, and purifying human serum antibodies.
  • Conducting flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry experiments.
  • Managing cytokine platforms, including ELISA and ELLA system.
  • Writing scientific papers and conference abstracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate degree in a field related to health sciences (biomedicine, pharmacy, biochemistry, medicine, or biology).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in laboratory research, preferably as part of your undergraduate program.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software packages.
