Information Security Specialist

As part of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for co-owning and driving multiple security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, TISAX, ISAE 3402, and SOC2 Type 2. You will shape the IS strategy, projects, and processes, and contribute to the company's overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise information security system compliant with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
- Improve the risk management system and business continuity management at the group level, and support business units in their implementations.
- Identify and manage security incidents together with IT, legal, and business departments, including short-term reactive and proactive measures, as well as strategic projects.
- Lead and enhance the security awareness program in the organization.
- Support business units in their inquiries, such as suppliers' security assessments and providing information on our security policies for customer requests or reviewing contracts and agreements from a security perspective.
- Plan and realize internal audits, and ensure the smooth running of external audits to achieve certifications.
After 3 months, you will know the stakeholders in our organization and their role regarding information security, and have a plan for improving the current Information Security system. You will own and live the security incident process, and have coordinated its mitigation and resolution if necessary.
After 6 months, you will have a defined plan to improve security awareness in the organization, and have focused on an area to be improved, such as risk management, BCM, or supplier management. You will have supported business units in their inquiries, and answered questions coming from potential customers during an RFP.
After 12 months, you will have conducted internal audits as part of continuous improvement and preparation for external audits. You will have defined, planned, and worked on action plans to address findings from certification processes, and contributed to the roadmap 2025 and beyond with initiatives to improve our Information Security system.
What We're Looking For:We're looking for an analytical problem solver who is motivated by learning and working on practical and strategic topics. You should be able to build relationships with ease, influence stakeholders, set up guidelines, and train users. Experience in a similar role with information security framework and associated certification, risk management, business continuity management, and security incident management is a must. IT security understanding and experience, good communication skills, and English fluency (at least C1 level) are also essential.
