Financial Analyst, Customer Fulfilment Finance Analytics Specialist

**Job Summary**
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Business Partner to join the EU Finance Analytics team. This role requires a strong business partnering skillset combined with advanced technical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Standardize, consolidate, automate, and enhance daily and weekly reporting across EU, collaborating with CF Finance and Ops Business Partners as primary customers.
- Identify, create, and consolidate best practice reporting to ensure Business Partners use accurate data to make informed decisions.
- Proactively identify and scope out potential initiatives to support Business Partners.
- Provide support to Business Partners for ad-hoc requests, prioritized via a Service Improvement Management (SIM) ticket queue.
- Identify analysis/reports that would benefit other sites - all EU, country, or Financial Centre type - and scale accordingly.
- Identify repetitive requests for analysis and build tools and reports to meet the demand, maximizing automation of routine tasks.
- Create and maintain an automation roadmap for the Finance Organization.
- Build strong relationships with counterparts not primarily serving as customers to ensure team work does not overlap with other teams' responsibilities, e.g., Sales and Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Asset Control and Enterprise Services, and Procurement Excellence.
- Own data sets incoming into its own server and deprecation of data sources/servers.
- Perform data set checks for any data entering own cluster/server, which further sources data for EU Finance Analytics owned tools and EU-wide CF Finance downstream teams dependent on data.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- An understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.
- Solid business judgment and controllership focus.
