Industrialization Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team at K-LAGAN. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to develop and implement efficient production processes
  • Participate in the design of new production lines and workflows, optimizing productivity and quality
  • Evaluate purchasing proposals for machinery and new suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards
  • Design and implement process improvements, analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • Technical engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Previous experience in process and continuous improvement areas
  • Proactive attitude, with a desire to contribute to the team's success
