Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to expand our Global Finance services and Controlling applications Team.
The position is located in Madrid, Spain, and reports to Basel, Switzerland.
You will work independently and hands-on in projects, subprojects, and take on support tasks within the Finance and Controlling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Definition and implementation of new business processes and optimization of existing processes.
- Contact person for users to provide exemplary support for complex tasks.
- Analysis of requirements to create concepts, implementation in the systems until and including GoLive of the tested applications.
- Participate and lead projects for the implementation of SAP in our international subsidiaries throughout the whole project lifecycle.
- Support in the transition to S/4.
- Coordination with our external suppliers for consulting and support services.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with sound knowledge of business management and very good technical hands-on SAP knowledge, especially in modules FI and CO.
At least 1 end-to-end project for the rollout of FI/CO in a company is required.
Experience with S/4 HANA is a must.
Additional knowledge about the SD and MM interfaces is an advantage.
High customer-orientation, good team skills, and independent work are essential.
Analytical and connected way of thinking, a high resilience, and readiness to learn are required.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary.
Any other language skill is a plus.
Willingness to occasionally travel (5-10%) is required.
